All our products are manufactured to the highest quality, the vast majority in our modern factory in Welham Green. A 2 year warranty is offered on all TV Bed product ranges. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. TV Bed Limited reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel. Mattresses are covered by a 5 year guarantee providing the warranty conditions have been satisfied, For Example:
- The mattress must be turned regularly, as per the care instructions, thereby minimising the settlement of the cushioning layers.
- The exception is a ‘No Turn’ mattress, which will usually be specified on the mattress label.
- If your mattress in ‘No Turn’ you should use the sleeping surface inly (the side with the mattress label).
- We are unable to accept items that are soiled or unhygienic. Therefore please ensure that you use a mattress protector/cover from the first day of use.
- The guarantee is void if a fault results from misuse of the product, for example jumping up and down on the mattress.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to TV Bed Limited. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of TV Bed Limited. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.
Damage to your Computer
TV Bed Ltd makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. TV Bed Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
How will we use your details?
Our offers: Once you have purchased with us, we would like to send you product updates, our latest information and special offers. We do not pass your details to other third party companies. When you register we will ask you if you wish to receive such information – if you do, simply tick the appropriate box.
About Cookies and the way we use them
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.
Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

Orders placed by phone
Orders placed over the telephone undergo additional security checks once the order has been placed – this is to protect TV Bed Limited and cardholders against credit card fraud.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Delivery of orders
Delivery charges (if applicable) vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time-scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused on delivery to any of your property and/or possessions. Where insufficient notice is given regarding the change of any specified or agreed delivery date, additional delivery charges may be applicable. If access is unavailable at the time of delivery charges will be applicable. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. Risk of loss and damage of product passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of the first attempted delivery by us.
Free delivery offers are for UK only. For delivery outside of UK please get in touch and we will provide a quote and delivery date.
Can I pick up my order from your factory?
Yes you can arrange to pick up or to see our product at our showroom at AL9 7JL. For more information call 01707 277777 and speak to customer services or email email@example.com.
Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners), as well as the proposed location, before you order a TV Bed or mattress, to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs, and to enable us to deliver your order successfully.
Changing or cancelling orders
In the first instance please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.
On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.
On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing. On both the above instances replacement goods will be dispatched asap.
Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Under Warranty: first instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
In the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers our 7 Day No Quibble Refund. With our 7 Day No Quibble Refund you have 7 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund. TV Bed will deduct from any refund the cost of recovering goods from customers. This is typically £80 per item and is the direct cost of recovering the item.
For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange opened mattresses unless they are faulty.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS (a) THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION
When returning items please allow 10-14 days from the date of collection for your refund to be processed, we will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
